山西水资源可持续利用对策研究

Study on Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources in Shanxi

分析了山西水资源面临着供需矛盾尖锐、用水浪费严重、地下水过量开采、水质污染突出和水土流失严重等问题,提出了加快新水源开发、建设"节水山西"、控制地下水开采、加大水污染治理力度和推进水土保持生态建设等对策措施,以水资源可持续利用支撑经济社会的可持续发展,促进人与自然和谐相处。

The problems of the exploitation and utilization of water resources in Shanxi has been analyzed, including the severity of the conflict of supply and demand, seriousness of water waste, excessive exploitation of groundwater, graveness of water pollution and soil and water erosion. In order to realize the sustainable use of the water resources, the paper puts forward some measures including exploitation of new source of water engineering, building water-saving province,controlling exploitation of groundwater, administration of water pollution, soil and water conserva tion and restoration of ecological environment.
