摘要
本文通过对α-Al2O3微粒再加工及引入添加剂改性等系列试验,获得了结构理想、性能优良的相变增韧微晶氧化铝陶瓷材料,用该材料制做的造纸机真空吸水箱全陶瓷面板,是一种节能、降耗、高效、永久型的产品。
Through series of tests about α-Al_2O_3 particle reprocessing and addition of modifiers,the phase transformation toughened microcrystalline alumina ceramic materials with good structure and performance were obtained in the paper.The all ceramic plate made of this materials in paper machine vacuum suction box has a low friction coefficient,long wearing,corrosion-proof,high dewatering and long service life.This new ceramic plate is proved to save energy,reduce consumption,improve efficient and service life.
