摘要
介绍了大悬臂鱼腹式薄壁钢箱梁试验模型的制作及加载工况,并利用有限元分析程序ANSYS中的板壳单元SHELL63对模型桥梁进行了理论分析,给出了各控制截面的挠度和应力分布的实测和理论结果,实测结果和理论结果的对比表明,实测值和理论值吻合较好.实测结果及理论结果均表明,大悬臂鱼腹式薄壁钢箱梁存在明显的剪力滞效应,在设计中应充分考虑剪力滞的影响.
The fabrication of experimental model and loading case of model test for cantilever fish-bellied thin-wall steel girder were introduced. A FEA model was analyzed to study stress distribution in lateral direction,and the SHELL63 element was adopted to simulate all the slab element of the model bridge. The experimental and theoretical results for the model bridge were introduced in detail. By comparison of the experimental and theoretical results of the model bridge,it indicates that the values of two kinds of results are well coincident, which proves that the theoretical model of the bridge is practicable and the experimental is credible. Both the experimental and theoretical results showed that there was apparent shear lag effect on the top slab and bottom slab,so the shear lag effect should be taken into account in the design for the cantilever fish-bellied thin-wall steel girder.
