罗汝芳的教育思想

摘要 罗汝芳一生大量的时间都在从事教育活动,在此过程中形成了有自己特色的教育思想。他的教育对象主要是入其门称弟子者、讲会上的论辩者、听众等。他认为教育的目的就是要教人修身,然后"明明德于天下"。他的教育内容主要有四个方面,即:"求仁"、"赤子之心"、"孝弟慈"、敷演"圣谕六言"等。在教育方法上,他主要的方法有宣讲式和互动讨论式。互动讨论式主要是由学生向老师问问题,或老师向学生提问题,再大家针对问题辩论,堂上为了活跃气氛还可插入歌吟等活动,形式不拘一格。在学习方法上,他强调多思、发愤、时习、作疑、悟,他重视老师问题,他认为老师应是"善之至"、"立人之极"。他的教育思想内容丰富,值得研究。 Luo Rufang devoted the most of his lifetime to educational activities, in the process of which he developed the ideology in education with his own characteristics. The subjects were his disciples, debaters and listeners. In his opinion, the education was aimed at cultivating people themselves and showing virtues to the world. The content of his ideology lies mainly in four aspects, such as "pursuit of love", "loyalty", "piety" and the elaboration of "imperial words and six thoughts". His major methods in education are the teacher -oriented one , and the mutual communicative one in which students could ask the teacher questions and vice versa, and then both sides debated about them. Singing and recitation could be introduced in class so as to make the class active and the lectures needn' t be confined in one way. As to study method, he stressed thinking a lot, working hard, practicing frequently, asking questions and understanding lectures. He attached importance to the questions raised by a teacher who in his mind should be "the top of virtues" and "the utmost of cultivating people". His ideology in education is so rich that it is worth studying.
