摘要
由于普通高等院校管理理念与方法的落后、办学市场化以及筹资困难等原因,造成目前普通高等院校实验室的建设和管理中存在着诸如实验师身兼数职、地位低,以及实验室物品补充不及时等问题。文章认为只有以人为本,才能保证和提高实验教学的质量。为此,文章建议普通高校要确立以人为本的实验室管理理念。对于普通高校普遍存在的资金困难问题,文章给出了BOT、定向培养和学生租赁等多种方式进行融资渠道创新,希望能够对缓解普通高校实验室办学资金紧张的难题有所帮助。
Because of the inferior management ideas and methods, education marketization and the difficulty of education financing, there are some problems, such as laboratorians having too much responsibilities, lower status and the lag of appliance replacement etc. in ordinary colleges. We believe that giving enough respects to laboratorians is a basic warranty of superior quality of laboratory teaching. Therefore, we advise that ordinary colleges exert humanistic staff management. As for financing, we put forward BOT, special education and student lease to finance laboratory construction.
