和谐校园是和谐社会的一部分,而和谐师生关系是和谐校园的重要组成部分,随着高校的扩招,高校在教学和学生日常管理的多个方面都出现了问题。文章从师生间的尊重与包容、教师的深厚专业知识和良好的品德、学校教师与学生家长间的良好沟通、科学的教育管理方法等四个方面来探讨和谐的师生关系应该如何构建。

A harmonious college is a part of the harmonious society, The harmonious relationship of teacherstudent is an important part of the harmonious college. With the expansion of colleges, many problems are brought about in teaching and daily management. This article explores how to build the harmonious relationship between teachers and students from four areas： the tolerance and respect between teachers and students, deep expertise and good moral character of the teachers, good communication between teachers and parents, scientific teaching and management.
