Famous teachers represert the teaching standard of local universities. This article set a unique standard for local universities, according to the developing facts of the newly - built universities in our area, and referring to the relection standard of the famous university teachers, we put forward the training tactics in stage. We hope we can give both the theoretic and practical experience for the training of more famous university teachers.
