地方高校宪法学教学的几点思考

Reflections on Teaching Constitution in Local Universities

宪法学教学在地方高校普遍存在受忽视的状况。既有思想认识上的原因,也有技术操作的原因,这种现象的长期存在必将造成很大的负面影响:影响宪法学教学的效果,影响宪法学人才的培养,不符合建设政治文明和法治国家的要求。纠正这一偏差不仅是必要的而且是可能的,在提高认识的前提下,改革教学方法,提高授课技巧,增进教学效果。

The Constitution teaching at the local colleges and universities has been neglected commonly. It is because of both thinking and practice operation, this phenomenon＇s long- existing will certainly bring tremendous negative influence, affecting effectiveness of the Constitution teaching and Personnel training of Constitution, and will not conform to the building of political civilization and lawruled Country. To correct the deviation, which is necessary and possible, can be to reform teaching methods, improve teaching skills and enhance teaching effectiveness under the premise of enhancing understanding.
