摘要
从技术能力、管理能力和企业效益评价要素出发,构建一套ERP实施绩效评价指标体系,并在此基础上,给出评价模型及其解法。
This paper begins with the three evaluation factors： technology capability, management capability and enterprise benefit. A set of performance evaluation index system of ERP implementation is built. Based on these, evaluation model and solution are given.
