摘要 目的将HA1077联合自体MSCs治疗慢性皮肤溃疡创面,观察能否促进创面愈合。方法体外分离人MSCs。慢性皮肤创面病人4例,15个创面,随机分为对照组、HA1077组、细胞移植组。对照组,基本外科换药治疗。HA1077组创面局部外用0.5 ml HA1077注射液。细胞治疗组除HA1077治疗外,还局部应用骨髓间充质干细胞。治疗后3、7、14 d计算愈合指数(WCI)。结果应用HA1077复合MSCs细胞组,在14 d时的创面愈合指数为36.32±9.92,效果好于单纯应用HA1077组和对照组,而HA1077组与对照组差别不大。结论HA1077可促进MSCs细胞修复慢性皮肤创面。 Objective To observe the effects of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and HA1077 on indolent ulcer and wound healing. Methods Human MSCs were separated in vitro. Four wound patients with refractory 15 wounds were included. Control group(5 wounds) was treated only with routine dressing, I-IA1077 group was treated with routine dressing and HA1077 ,and cell trans- plant group was treated with MSCs and HA1077. 3,7 ,and 14 days after treatment , wound cure index (WCI) was caculated. Results At 14d,WCI in cell transplant group was 36.32 ±9.92 , significantly higher than that in control group. There was no difference in WCI between HA1077 group and control group. Conclusions HA1077 promotes MSCs to repair the refractory skin wounds.
