摘要
目的评价心脏并行采集线圈在双膝关节检查中的临床应用价值。方法采用3.0T超导磁共振系统的心脏并行采集线圈对106例患者行双侧膝关节MR扫描。MRI检查序列包括PDW、T2W、T2W/SPAIR和3D-WATS脂肪抑制序列。结果106例212个膝关节中85例膝关节有不同程度的病变。其中51例外伤患者共发现73个膝关节损伤(22例为双侧损伤),包括骨挫裂伤、骨折、半月板和韧带损伤及膝关节积液 39例SARS康复者中有14例(27个膝关节)以不同部位及不同程度的骨坏死为主 15例无明显诱因者中10例14个膝关节以膝关节积液和不同程度的半月板损伤为主 1例白血病患者(双侧膝关节)以股骨损伤为主。结论3.0TSENSE-CARDIAC线圈具有分辨率、信噪比高及扫描野大等特点,可为膝关节诸骨及软组织病变的显示提供了全面、直观和准确的影像学信息,提高对膝关节病变诊断的全面性和准确性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 3T MR combined with Sense - Cardiac coil for examination of both knees. Methods Both knees imaging was performed in 106 patients using 3T MR combined with Sense - Cardiac coil. The MR sequences included PDW, T2 W, T2 W/SPAIR( spectrally selective attenuated inversion recovery)and 3D -WATS (water selective)fat sat- urated sequence. Results 85 of 106 patients had different degrees of knee lesions. 51 cases who had trauma history showed injury of 73 knees (22 cases had both knees injury), including bone contusion and fracture, meniscus and ligament injury, and fluid accumula- tion in joint cavities ; 27 knees of 14 in 39 SARS patients showed different degrees and different locations of bone necrosis ; 14 knees of 10 in 15 patients without any cause demonstrated fluid accumulation in joint cavities and different degrees of meniscus injury; one leu- kemia patient showed both femurs destruction. Conclusions The large FOV scanning and high resolution and SNR images with Sense - Cardiac coil at 3T MR provide visually comprehensive and accurate information of bone and soft tissue lesions of both knees and in- crease the diagnostic accuracy.
