密云县农村中学生健康知识、态度、行为调查 被引量:4

Investigation on Health-related Knowledge,Attitude,and Behavior Among Rural Middle School Students of Minyun County

摘要 目的了解农村中学生健康知识、态度、行为的现状,为更好地开展农村中学生健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用自填式调查问卷方法,对随机选择的1235名农村中学生进行有关健康知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果电视、网络、报纸杂志、黑板报、宣传栏等为农村中学生获得健康知识的主要途径。期望获得健康知识的途径中,医生讲课和学校卫生课成为主要途径之一;90%以上的中学生对健康教育持积极态度;农村中学生最关心营养与健康(70%)、生长发育的生理(60%)和心理卫生(60%)等健康知识;高中生的健康知识知晓率及卫生行为形成率均高于初中生,差别有统计学意义。结论应进一步加强农村中学生,尤其是初中生,健康教育工作,提高中学生的健康知识水平,促进健康行为的形成。 Objective To understand the situation of health- related knowledge, attitude, and behavior in rural middle school students, and to provide the scientific evidence for developing health education program. Methods With self- administered questionnaire, we randomly investigated 1,235 rural middle school students on health- related knowledge, attitude and behavior. Results Rural middle school students acquired health - related knowledge mainly by television, network, newspapers and magazines, publicity and education displayed in blackboard, and so on. Health lecture by doctors or teachers was one of the main approaches in acquiring health related knowledge among these students. 90% of the middle school students had a positive attitude towards health education. The most concerned health- related knowledge was nutrition (70 % ), growth and development (60%), mental health (60 % ), etc. The awareness rate of health- related knowledge and the formation rate of health behavior were both significantly higher in high school students than those in junior middle school students; there was statistically significant difference among them. Conclusions It is necessary to further develop health education program for improving health knowledge level and promoting the formation of health behavior among rural middle school student, especially in junior middle school students.
