摘要
目的采用横向塞曼石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定生活饮用水中锑。方法通过各种条件实验,对方法的各参数进行优化。结果方法的检出限为0.8μg/L,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9991,加标回收率为92%~112%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~9.2%。结论该方法准确可靠,适用,具有实际意义。
Objective To determinate antimony (Sb) in drinking water by Zeeman GFAAS. Method The parameters in this method were optimized by experiments. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.8μg/L, and the recovery rate was 92 % -- 112 %, the RSD was 2.8 % -- 9.2 %, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9991. Conclusions The operation of this method is simple and quick. The method can be absolutely applied in the determination of water.
