一例儿童咽拭子中分离的淋病奈瑟菌的实验室分析

摘要 目的了解从某例儿童患者咽喉部分离出的淋病奈瑟菌的生物学特性和耐药情况。方法头孢硝噻吩以及tetM基因的PCR分别检测PPNG和TRNG株;K-B法检测淋病奈瑟菌对6种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果该菌为质粒介导的同时对青霉素和四环素耐药的PPNG/TRNG株,在测定的6种抗菌药物中,对青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星均耐药;对头胞曲松、壮观霉素、头胞吡肟均敏感。结论淋病奈瑟菌有可能通过间接传播造成儿童淋菌性咽炎,耐药情况较严重,须引起临床重视。
