摘要
莫深1井是位于准噶尔盆地中部马桥凸起莫索湾背斜上的一口超深预探井,完钻井深为7 500 m。该井一开选用正电胶聚合物钻井液,利用其高膨润土含量与MMH的特殊流变学特性,解决地表流沙层的井壁稳定与井眼清洁问题。二开选用钾钙基聚磺钻井液,通过强化钻井液的抑制封堵与抗污染能力,解决了因泥岩段水化膨胀、砂岩段形成虚厚泥饼造成的阻卡问题,实现了井壁稳定。三开选用抗高温高密度聚磺氯化钾钻井液,解决了高温高密度钻井液的抗污染问题,实现了深部地层的快速钻进。四开选用抗高温高密度聚磺钻井液,解决了高温高密度钻井液的抗温问题,应用"填充封缝即堵技术",大幅度提高深部地层的承压能力,保证了施工安全。
Well Moshen-1 is an exploration well with a completion depth of 7,500 m. MMH drilling fluid was used in the first interval to drill the flowing sand zones and good hole cleaning was achieved. The second interval was drilled with polymer/calcium polymer sulfonates mud which inhibited the hydration of long shale section. The third interval was drilled with a high temperature high density polymer chloride drilling fluid which was used to address the contamination and low penetration problems. In the last interval, a high temperature polymer sulfonates mud was applied to deal with the high temperature in the lower part of the hole. Formation bearing resistance was enhanced with a special technology and downhole troubles were minimized.
