摘要
针对地热井的温度变化极其异常,常规泡沫流体很难满足施工要求这一问题,研制出了抗高温保护剂HT-1。实验结果表明,在形成泡沫的基液中加入抗高温保护剂HT-1,能在一定程度上提高发泡剂的抗温能力,将发泡剂的抗温极限从180℃提高到240℃;HT-1对Ca2+、Cl-的污染不敏感,不会影响原有发泡剂的抗污染能力;HT-1具有保护泡沫流体在高温条件下有良好活性的作用;其适用范围广,应用成本较低,对现场工艺无特殊要求,且维护方便,可以满足现场施工要求。
A high temperature additive, HT-1, was developed to improve the performance of foam drilling fluid used for ultra-high temperature geothermal wells. The addition of HT-1 into foam drilling fluids to some extent enhances the high temperature performance of foaming agents from 180 ℃ to 240 ℃. HT-1 is insensitive to the contamination caused by calcium and chloride ions, and will thus not affect the contamination tolerance of the original foaming agents used. For field operation, HT-1 is cost effective and is easy to use.
