摘要
针对专门研究硫化氢对钻井液污染情况的实验设施和方法缺少的问题,建造了用于研究硫化氢对钻井流体污染情况的硫化氢实验室,并建立一套室内评价方法。经过实际使用,硫化氢实验室全方位立体的安全措施能够保障实验的基本安全,室内评价方法则安全可靠、准确便捷,完全能够满足相关研究的需要,同时通过硫化氢对钻井液污染的实验研究,得出高pH值有利于硫化氢地层的安全钻进,除硫剂是降低硫化氢风险的根本解决措施的结论。
A laboratory evaluation method is established to study the contamination of hydrogen sulfide to a drilling fluid. Using this method, the hydrogen sulfide contamination can be studied simply and safely, and with enough accuracy. It is concluded that a high pH value is beneficial to well drilling in formations containing hydrogen sulfide, the hydrogen sulfide scavenger is nonetheless the ultimate solution to hydrogen sulfide hazards.
