钻井液用P＋＋胶乳的性能评价及现场应用

钻井液用P++胶乳是由丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺等多种单体通过反相乳液聚合而成的一种高分子钻井液处理剂。该产品具有一剂多效的特点,溶解速度快,使用方便。对P++胶乳进行了室内性能评价,结果表明,P++胶乳具有很好的增黏性、润滑性、降滤失性及抗温、抗盐、抗钙镁能力。经中原油田和塔里木钻井公司多口井的现场应用表明,该产品具有良好的清除劣质固相、降低API滤失和改善泥饼质量的能力,对钻头和钻具有良好的润滑作用。

P++ latex is a multipurpose, easy-to-dissolve high molecular weight drilling fluid additive made from acrylic acid, acrylamide, and other monomers through inverse emulsion polymerization. Laboratory study shows that P++ is a good viscosifier with lubricity. It is resistant to salt/gypsum/magnesium contamination and is stable at high temperatures. P++ was used in several wells in Zhongyuan and Tarim with very satisfactory results.
