摘要 河坝101井是中石化勘探南方分公司在川东北通南巴构造带部署的一口重点区域评价井,完钻井深为5 950 m。河坝101井漏层多、裂缝发育、存在大段水层、孔隙大小不一、承压能力难以提高,曾使用高强度凝胶堵漏、桥堵堵漏工艺、水泥浆堵漏工艺、高失水堵漏工艺等,但均未达到堵漏效果。对堵漏效果差的主要原因进行了分析。最后用化学堵漏技术成功进行了堵漏。介绍了该井的工程概况、化学堵漏剂的堵漏原理、化学堵漏施工工艺和承压施工试验。 Well Heba101 is an appraisal well completed at a depth of 5,950 m. This well penetrated formations full of fractures and having long water-bearing zones. Mud losses in previous wells were very difficult to stop using high strength gel, bridging and plugging, cement squeeze and high filtration rate LCM. Based on the analysis of the mud loss mechanism, Chemical mud loss control method was adopted to control the mud losses in this well, and this practice was proved successful. This paper discusses the drilling operation, and the chemical mud loss control technique and procedure.
