摘要
大型汽轮发电机运行时,定子绕组端部的振动,主要由两个因素引起:一是绕组电流与端部漏磁场的相互作用所产生的二倍频振动;二是定子铁芯的椭圆振动。为了了解汽轮发电机定子绕组端部的振动特性,使发电机定子端部绕组固有频率避开100Hz。本文简要介绍了大型汽轮发电机定子绕组端部试验模态分析的基本原理,测试系统的组成,测点布置以及CRAS模态分析软件的功能与使用。
When a large turbo-generator is operated, the vibration of stator end winding is mainly caused by two factors: first of which is the double frequency vibration caused by interaction of winding current and the leadage end magnetic field; second is the elliptical vibration of the stator core. In order to understand the vibration characteristics of stator winding of turbo-generators to avoid the natural frequencies of 100Hz, this paper introduces basic principles, testing system, measuring points and CRAS model analysis software of experimental analysis model of large turbo-generator stator end winding.
