文章从课程性质定位的角度分析了导致高职《口才与写作》课程教学低效的根本原因。文章认为，采用传统教学模式教学，无法实现高职《口才与写作》课程目标；要改变当前教学低效的状况，实现课程目标，必须将实践教学作为高职《口才与写作》课程的主要教学方式，并构建一套有效的高职《口才与写作》课程实践教学模式。

The article analyzes the cause of low efficiency in teaching Eloquence and Writing in Higher Vocational Colleges and puts forward some countermeasures. The fundamental reason of low efficiency is that traditional teaching patterns cannot help achieve the curriculum goal. Practical teaching must be undertaken as a major teaching method, and practical teaching model must be constructed.
