An economics study on ethics in property management from the angle of public choice

本文从公共选择的视角定义社会规范与个人道德,利用基本的静态博弈模型和重复博弈模型分析理性经济人之间合作的可能性,讨论了道德规范生效的社会条件,并论证了道德规范与物业管理中劳务量的关系。基于公共选择理论分析物业管理中的道德规范,无疑将会充分发挥道德规范对物业管理市场制度及市场秩序的完善和促进作用。进而也表明,在物业管理服务中,必须树立起强烈的道德观念,从而制约和规范自身的行为。

On the basis of defining social regulations and individual morality from the angle of public choice,this paper analyzes the possibility of cooperation between rational economic persons by using the models of static game theory and repeated game theory.Then it discusses the social conditions for the validity of ethics and demonstrates the relationship between ethics and the labor of property management.
