摘要
组织间的知识分享是促进组织知识资本增值,进而提高组织绩效的驱动因素。本文基于社会资本理论,从结构、关系和认知三个维度来探讨酒店连锁企业间知识分享对知识资本以及组织绩效的影响程度,并运用结构方程模型进行实证性分析,旨在为酒店连锁企业的经营管理提供参考。
Knowledge sharing among organizations is a motive factor to increase the value of intellectual capital and improve organizational performance.Based on social capital theory and taking hotel chain-like enterprises as an example,this paper makes an empirical research using the structural square model on the impact of inter-organizational knowledge sharing on intellectual capital and organizational performance from the structural dimension,the relational dimension and the cognitive dimension.The aim is to provide a reference for hotel chain-like enterprises in their management and operation.
