诃子抗氧化性能的研究

STUDY ON THE ANTIOXIDATIVE ACTIVITIES OF EXTRACTS FROM MYROBALAN

采用不同的溶剂分别对诃子进行了提取，用Ｒａｎｃｉｍａｔ法对提取物的抗氧化性能作了考查。在系统分析、柱分离和薄层层析后，根据色反应对抗氧化有效成分进行了定性鉴定。研究表明，诃子中含有抗氧化性能很强的物质，其主要成分是鞣花单宁、木立口单宁及黄酮类化合物。

Myrobalan powder was extracted with different solvents respectively.The antioxidative activities of extracts were tested by Rancimat method.Qualitative identification of effective components of extracts was carried out by means of colourreaction after systematic analysis,column chromatograph and thinlayer chromatograph.The research results showed that myrobalan contained some substances having strong antioxidative activity,and the main components of these substances were ellagitannin,gallotannin and flavonoid.
