高职法学实践教学方式的改革与完善

Reform and Perfection of Law Teaching Practice Mode in Higher Vocational Education

经过多年的发展,高职法学实践教学取得了一定的成效,但现有法学实践教学环节仍存在缺乏系统性、规范性、科学性以及条件支持等诸多问题。高职法学实践教学方式主要包括案例教学、模拟法庭教学、专题辩论教学、社会调查教学、法院旁听教学、法律咨询教学、中期实习、毕业实习等。同时应加强实践教学管理,健全监督考核机制。

After years of development, although the practice of law teaching in higher vocational education has gained some achievement, the current practice of law teaching is still a lack of system, standardization, scientificity, scientific supp- ort,and other problems. The main modes of the practice of law teaching in higher vocational education includes the cases practice,the imitative court practice,the topic debate practice,the social investigation practice,the sit-in court practice,the legal advice practice,the medium-term internship,the graduate internship and so on. Meanwhile,it should strengthen teaching management and perfect supervision and evaluation system.
