甘氨酰二肽与乙酸钠相互作用的电导研究

摘要 测定了298.15K条件下乙酸钠在三种甘氨酰二肽(甘氨酰甘氨酸、甘氨酰-L-缬氨酸和甘氨酰-L-亮氨酸)水溶液中的电导率,计算了乙酸钠在这些体系中的极限摩尔电导率和Walden值。结果表明:电解质乙酸钠在甘氨酰二肽-水混合溶剂中的极限摩尔电导率随着混合溶剂中肽浓度的增加而减小,Walden值不为常数。 Conductivities of the electrolyte sodium acetate in three glycyl dipeptides solution (glycylglycine, glycyl-L-valine, and glycyl-L-leucine) were measured at 298.15 K. Values of limiting molar conductivities and the Walden product were calculated. The results show that the values for the sodium acetate decrease with the increasing of the concentration of peptides and values of Walden product are not constant.
