基于测量数据点的数控粗加工刀具路径生成方法研究

摘要 在数控加工过程中,粗加工往往要占去大部分的加工时间。因此,研究基于测量数据点的数控粗加工刀具路径生成方法对于缩短加工时间、提高加工效率具有重要意义。对基于测量数据点的数控粗加工刀位轨迹生成技术的研究状况进行了概括和总结,阐述了直接由点云数据生成粗加工刀位轨迹的关键技术,并指出了各种方法的优缺点。 The rough machining always has to take most of the processing time in the NC machining. Thus, it's of great importance to shorten processing time and improve processing efficiency through the generation method of tool path for NC rough machining based on measured data points. The research status is summed, the key techniques of this method are expounded and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are pointed out, too.
