摘要 将绿茶制成茶叶滤嘴与卷烟对接,可以有选择地减少烟气中的自由基、亚硝胺等有害物质,降低吸烟对人体的危害。利用电子自旋共振波谱法(ESR)检测茶叶滤嘴卷烟主流烟气中的气相自由基和粒相自由基,检测结果表明:与普通醋酸纤维滤嘴卷烟相比,茶叶滤嘴卷烟烟气中气相自由基和固相自由基分别降低了16.42%~30.48%和12.36%~16.48%。利用气相色谱仪-热能检测器(TEA)分离检测卷烟烟气中NNN、NAT、NAB、NNK四种烟草特有亚硝胺(TSNAs)的含量,检测结果表明:与普通滤嘴卷烟相比,烤烟型茶叶滤嘴卷烟烟气中NNN、NAT、NAB、NNK、亚硝胺总量分别降低了16.88%、15.12%、26.04%、11.39%、14.61%;混合型茶叶滤嘴卷烟烟气中NNN、NAT、NAB、NNK分别降低了23.04%、11.62%、17.41%、17.38%、17.41%。利用茶叶滤嘴降低卷烟烟气有害成分是一条有效途径。 In order to investigate the reduction of free radical and tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNAs) by tea filter, the content of free radical in cigarette mainstream smoke was detected by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy in conjunction with the spin trapping method. The experimental results showed that the contents of free radical in gas phase and solid phase of tea filter cigarette mainstream smoke were reduced by 16.42%-0.48% and 12.36%-16.48%, respectively, compare with regular filter cigarette. The tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNAs) were detected by gas chromatography-thermal energy analyzer. The results indicated that the contents of NNN, NAT, NAB, NNK and total TSNAs in tea filter flue-cured cigarette mainstream smoke were to be reduced by 16.88%, 15.12%, 26.04%, 11.39% and 14.61% respectively, the contents of NNN, NAT, NAB, NNK and total TSNAs in tea filter blended cigarette mainstream smoke were to be reduced by 23.04%, 11.62%, 17.41%, 17.38% and 17.41% respectively, compare with regular filter cigarette. So application of tea-filter in cigarette is an effective way to reduce harmful components in cigarette smoke.
