摘要
本文介绍了聚合物稳定的双稳态胆甾液晶显示单元样品的制备过程,用光谱仪、偏光显微镜等仪器研究了液晶的光谱特性和聚合物网络织构,分析了预聚物配比、聚合物浓度、聚合温度等工艺制备条件对双稳态胆甾液晶显示单元反射光谱的影响以及温度对聚合物网络织构的影响。寻找最佳工艺制备条件,以获得宽光谱反射范围和高对比度的双稳态显示器。
The paper introduced the sample preparation of polymer stabilized bistable cholesteric liquid crystal display cells, studied the spectrum property and polymer network texture by spectrograph and the polarizing microscope, analyzed the influence of different craft conditions such as polymerization ratio,polymer concentration and temperature to the reflected spectrum of bistable cholesteric liquid crystal display cells, as well as the impact of temperature on polymer network texture. To find the best craft conditions to make bistable displays which have a wide range of spectral reflectance and high contrast degree.
