非水滴定法测定3,3′-二氨基二苯砜含量

摘要 3,3′-二氨基二苯砜在农药、医药、染料等领域有着广泛的应用,目前产品测定的方法主要有重氮法和高效液相色谱法.高效、便捷的分析方法是开展深入研究的重要基础,文中建立了以冰醋酸为溶剂,高氯酸-冰醋酸标准溶液为滴定剂,以电位法指示终点,运用二阶导数法求取滴定结果的非水滴定方法.实验结果表明,文中方法简便、快捷、不需要大型精密仪器,含量测定的相对误差≤0.4%,滴定终点指示快速、准确,可用于3,3′-二氨基二苯砜含量的测定. 3,3'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone has been widely used in agricultural chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes and other fields. Its main determination method is diazo method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The efficient and convenient analysis method is important for the further research on the synthesis and application. In this paper, a new potentiometry method non-aqueous titration was developed using glacial acetic acid as solvent and HClO4-HAc solution as titrant. The end-point was determined by second derivative method. The results showed that the determination of the end-point was rapid and accurate. The relative deviation was less than 0. 4%. The method could be used for the determination of 3,3′- diaminodiphenyl sulfone.
