摘要
经过20多年的改革,我国高等学校毕业生就业制度正从计划经济体制下的"分配"制度向市场经济体制下的双向选择制度转变。随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,再加上地方高等师范院校公共事业管理本科毕业生本身各方面存在的劣势与问题,"就业难"问题已很明显。其原因是多方面的,有观念上的、制度上的,也有社会需求与地方高等师范院校自身的问题。解决的办法也需要从这些方面着手。
Mter 20years of reform , China's colleges and univer -sities graduate employment system is changing from the planned economic system from the "distribution" to a market economy under the system of two -way selection, with the expansion of higher education as well as the weaknesses of the local normal universities graduates majored in public utilities management "employment" problem has been very obvious . The reasons are manifold , such as conceptual , institution social needs and their own problems of the local normal college. The solutions should be considered from the aspects mentioned above.
