摘要
现实中的乡村关系,并没有制度设计上的乡村关系那么和谐美好,同时存在"过度行政化"倾向和"过度民主化"倾向。重构新型乡村关系,可尝试提高村庄自主治理能力等措施。
The village relations in reality , are not so harmonious more than the village relations in design. There are tendencies of being over administrative and being over democratic in it. Reconstructing the new village relations, steps may be taken to improve the ability to independently control themselves, etc. K
