沐舒坦与鼻塞式持续正压通气治疗新生儿轻中度肺透明膜病的体会

目的评价沐舒坦与CPAP治疗新生儿轻中度HMD的疗效。方法结合临床资料与DR胸片检查确诊为轻中度HMD的患儿50例,治疗组发病后立即给与常规综合治疗佐以沐舒坦静脉滴注联合鼻塞式CPAP方式通气25例,对照组行常规综合治疗25例。结果沐舒坦与CPAP联合应用组在生后24小时内DR胸片改善明显,且氧疗时间、肺部感染发生率明显低于常规综合治疗组。结论沐舒坦与CPAP治疗轻中度HMD效果明显,可明显缩短氧疗时间、减少肺部感染的发生率。
