乳腺癌改良根治术中53例保留肋间臂神经的临床分析

Clinical Value of Preserving Inter Costo Brachial Nerve in Modified Radica IMastectomy

目的:探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经(ICBN)的临床意义。方法:乳腺癌患者120例,随机分为保留保留ICBN 53例,切除ICBN 67例,术后对两组患者患侧上肢内侧和腋窝区的皮肤感觉功能及肩关节运动功能进行检查及评价。结果:保留ICBN组术后感觉异常的发生率低于对照组,肩关节运动障碍低予对照组,差别有显著意义。结论:保留ICBN可改善病人术侧上肢感觉功能及肩关节运动功能,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of preserving inter eostobrachial nerve in modifiad radical mastectomy. Methods： Sixseore patients with Auehineloss modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into preserving rater eostobraehial nerve （ICBN） group （53 cases） . and resecting ICBN group （67 cases）. Sensory function of the medial upper arm and axillary fossa were examined after operation., the function of shoulder joint was estimate after operation. Results：The percentage of kakesthesia on upper arm and axillary fossa in preserving ICBN group was lower than resecting ICBN group,the percentage of dyseinesia with shoulder joint in preserving ICBN group was lower than resectmg ICBN group. Conclusions：Preserving ICBN in modified radical masteetomy could decreased the incidence of abnormal sense on the medial upper arm and axillary fossa,decreased dyscinesia in shoulder joint and improved the life quality of the patients after operation.
