摘要
目的:观察突发性耳聋病人听力下降的程度对治疗预后的影响。方法:对159例(173耳)明确诊断患者,按听力损失程度进行分组.用相同的方法进行治疗,疗程为20天。结果:极重度耳聋的有效率14.3%;重度耳聋的治愈率11.8%.有效率70.6%;中重度耳聋的治愈率25.5%,有效率90.9%;中度耳聋的治愈率60.8%,有效率92.1%;轻度耳聋的治愈率93.1%。总有效率86.2%。结论:突发性耳聋病人听力损失越轻,预后越好;听力损失越重.预后越差。
Objective： To observe the influence of the degree of hearing loss for sudden deafness patients on the therapy prognosis. Methods：Group the 159 diagnosed patients, 173 sick ears in total, and therapy them with the same method for twenty days. Results： The effective rate of extremely-severe hearing loss is 14. 3%. the recovery rate and effective rate of severe hearing loss are separately 11.8% and 70.6%. The recovery rate and effective rate of moderately severe heating loss are separately 5.5% and 90%. The recovery rate and effective rate of moderate hearing loss are separately 60.8% and 92. 1%. The recovery rate of mild hearing loss is 93. 1%. And the general effective rate is 86. 2%. Con- clusions： For sudden deafness patients, the lighter the hearing loss is, the better the prognosis will be. The severer the hearing loss is ,the worse the prognosis will be.
