摘要 目的:观察热疗联合胸腔化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和不良反应。方法:将50例恶性胸腔积液的患者.随机分为两组,排尽胸水后,给予胸腔化疗,用药DDP、L-2,治疗组进行患侧胸腔热疗;对照组无热疗。结果:A组控制胸水的总有效率为83.3%,B组为61.5%(P<O.05),A组与B组生活质量好转率分别为70.8%和46.1%(P<O.05)。结论:热疗联合胸腔灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液有协同作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of therapy on malignant plural effusion by thermotherapy combined with thoracic cavity chemotherapy. Method:50 patient s of malignant plural effusion were divided randomly into two groups( A and B) ,after ex- haustion of hydrothorax, administration of thoracic cavity chemotherapy, medication of DDP, IL -2, therapy group (A)was carried by thoracic cavity chemotherapy,the control group(B) was under no treatment. Results: The total effective rate of A group is 83.3% according to control hydrothorax, while B group is 61.5 % ( P 〈 0. 05 ), A and B group improvement rates of life quality are 70. 8% and 46.1 % (P 〈 0. 05 ), rest, tively. Conclusions: Thermotherapy combined with thoracic cavity chemotherapy to therapy of malignant plural effusion induces synergism effect.
