目的:本文通过进一步对西宁地区158例老年肺结核影像特点及诊断探讨。方法:采用我院LDRD型数字化低剂量医用诊断,DRX射线机照射.对158例肺结核临床表现进行分析。结果:西宁地区158例老年肺结核病变以两肺分布多见,病变范围广泛、病变多以渗出增殖及纤维空洞为主、并发症较多。结论:老年肺结核诊断中应注意与肺部炎症、矽肺、肺癌等鉴别、x线诊断肺结核病仍然是最常用的方法。
