摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在减少或减轻患者的不良反应、顺利进行CT增强扫描、提高诊断准确度的作用。方法:施行CT增强药物注射前后的护理干预,包括心理护理、扫描中的配合、用药后的观察。结果:消除患者恐惧心理,减少及减轻了患者的不良反应,提高患者扫描质量和诊断情况。结论:谨慎有序的护理干预,保障了CT增强扫描工作的顺利进行,提高了图像的分辨率,患者满意度明显增高。
Objective ：To analyze the nursing intervention＇s effect in abating or reducing patients＇ untoward effect, aking the CT enhanced scan goes weU,mpmving the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods： Taking nursing intervention before and after injecting enhanced drug, including mental nursing, he cooperation during the scaning, nd the observation after injecting drug. Results： Nursing intervention can eliminate patients＇ horrer,can abate and reduce patients＇ untoward effect,and improve patients＇ scan quality and dignosis instance. Conclusions： Prudent and ordered nursing intervention can ensur the CT enhanced scan goes well,improve the image resolution, patients＇ degree of satisfaction is obviously raised.
