In the new era, the requirement for medical talents determines that student comprehensive quality education must be consolidated. National defense education is an important part of the education, which is helpful to improve the ideological and moral qualities, humanistic quality, and psychological quality of students majoring in medical science. Medical universities should further improve the system, push forward the building of national defense education courses; vigorously publicize national defense policies ; innovate educational forms, and actively set up second classes and so on to improve the quality of medical students.
