摘要
我国劳动就业制度30年来的改革是沿着市场化方向,以建立国家宏观指导下的市场竞争就业模式为目标,与经济体制改革、国企改革调整同步同向进行的。劳动就业制度改革成效的取得,应归因于始终坚持市场化方向改革不动摇,目标明确,路径选择得当。今后改革的总趋势是以建立起完善的国家宏观指导下的市场竞争就业制度为根本目标,着力点是建立和完善统一的劳动力市场,充分发挥市场配置劳动力资源的基础性作用。
The Chinese reforms on the employment system are market-oriented. It is intended to construct a new market-oriented employment model under the national macrotic guidance in line with economic reform and state ownership transformation. Changes have taken place in the Chinese employment reforms from planning through planning and marketing combined, to marketing model in the past 30 years.
