近年来,我国旅游业的发展带动了旅游用地需求的增加,由此也产生了一系列侵害农民利益的问题。旅游用地获得过程中存在的诸多侵害农民利益的现象,是社会经济资源配置的非帕累托最优安排,存在着改进的余地和可能。

The tourism industry has lately initiated the land use in China, which is accompanied with questions that harm the interests of farmers. An analysis of the application process of tourism-based land use yields the questions in detail. All this, therefore, needs improving owing to the Non-Pareto Opitmality in the resource allocation in social economics.
