中国特色社会主义法律体系目前已基本形成。追溯其形成轨迹,从形成动力和形成特征两方面可以看出,中国特色社会主义理论是贯穿其中的主线,它为考量该法律体系的发展程度提供了一个新标准,即"与中国特色社会主义理论的契合程度"。但对这一主线的作用不能任意夸大,需做进一步的审视与思考。
