摘要经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)是一项利用时变磁场作用于大脑皮质产生感应电流改变皮质神经细胞的动作电位,从而影响脑内代谢和神经电活动的生物刺激技术。采用TMS刺激皮质运动区或其传出通路,在刺激点远端的传出途径及效应器——肌记录到动作电位,即运动诱发电位(motor evoked potentials,MEPs)。
