摘要
通过DOE试验设计方法,分析和确定了分别影响注射成型塑料零件表面颜色和光泽度的若干关键的因子;利用注射成型参数因子间交互作用的关系,达到精密控制成型颜色和光泽度的目标。
Based on DOE, the factors to effect color and gloss of surface of molded part have been analyzed and confirmed. The molding color and gloss can be precisely controlled through the interaction of the factors of molding parameters.
