摘要
文中主要针对钢球表面质量检测仪中步进电机控制方法进行了研究,提出运动控制卡与单片机相结合的控制方案,并建立了步进电机加减速控制的数学模型,在此模型基础上应用美国NI公司的PCI-7342运动控制卡结合STC单片机,完成了仪器中的上料、表面展开、分选电机的控制,利用PCI-7342的D/A模块与单片机进行硬触发,实现各个运动控制模块之间的逻辑关系,通过脉宽调制避免电机频繁启停而失步的问题。
This article mainly researched about the motion control of the stepping motor which is used in the surface quality detector of the steel ball, presented the control method which combined the motion control card and SCM, and established the mathematical model of the stepping motor acceleration and deceleration control. Based on this mathematical model, this paper completed the control of the feeding, surface spread and separation motor using the PCI-7342 motion control card and STC SCM of the U.S.A. NI Company, and realized the correct motion logical relation of each control module by using the D/A module of the PCI-7342 and SCM to realize hard trigger. As to the loss of synchronism of the stepping motor due to frequent start-stop, it is avoided through PWM.
