摘要
分析研究了成型机组可靠性指标,制订了设备可靠性标准。通过生产中设备运行及故障统计、计算,分析了设备的可靠性,用柏拉图分析方法分析故障原因,制定了措施予以改善。
Acording to the the research of the the reliability figure of model KDF2 fiber filter rod making machine group, draw up the reliability standard, statistic the failure dates, analyse and improve the reliability by analyse the failure used the chart of Pareto.
