摘要
为使带钢法药芯焊丝生产线中小断面带钢纵剪机组与拉拔机组间的生产能力匹配,并节约建设成本,开发了一台小断面带钢卷取机,采用双向圆柱凸轮机构和卷取专用变频器实现带钢在卷取盘圆柱表面以螺旋线方式恒线速度均匀分层缠绕;引入移动锥轮和双向丝杠结构,简化卷取盘的装、卸结构。
In order to match the capacity of the slitting units and the drawing uints of the flux-cored wire production line with strip, and lower the costs of the construction, one coiler for the strip with light section was designed, a two-way cylindrical cam mechanism and a specific frequency converter of coil were adopted for the strip coilling on the reel block in spiral with constant linear velocity, a mobile two-way lead screw and cone uints was introduced to simplify the coilling operation.
