摘要
随着现代科学技术的进步,人类对药品的研究逐渐增大投入,药品的使用量越来越大,对药品的灌装、保存等提出了更高的要求,药品灌装机也是各科研机构研究的热门。文中所设计的凸轮摆杆机构,正是应用于气流式粉针分装机上,实现药品分装后的加塞运动,使自动生产线粉针药品分装、加塞一体化,对保证药品质量、提高生产率起到积极作用。
With the progress of modern science and technology, the investment in the study of drugs is increasing. The dosing and preservation technologies of powder drugs are in great demand as the consuming of drugs increases. Pharmaceutical dosing machines represent the leading technologies in the packaging industry. The cam and pendulumbar mechanism introduced in this paper has been used in the vacuum pressure powder dosing machine. The vials are stoppered by this mechanism soon after the powder dosing progress. It is reliable in quality guarantee and improving productivity.
