阐述了数控机床交流伺服驱动单元容量选择的一般方法,分析了计算负荷惯量、负荷转矩、加减速转矩的计算过程,以及初步确定机械齿轮比和核算惯量、转矩的原则。
This paper introduces the general selection method of CNC machine tool AC servo drive unit capacity. The calculation of inertia load, load torque, acceleration and deceleration torque calculation process are analyzed. The mechanical gear ratio and the inertia, torque, are determined.
