摘要
针对南京市高淳县固城湖水源地的实际情况,分析了固城湖水源地生态补偿的主体、对象;提出生态补偿总量应包括的主要内容以及确定生态补偿标准时应考虑的因素;探讨生态补偿的方式及补偿资金的来源;构建了固城湖水源地生态补偿网络。
Based on the actual situation of drinking water source areas in Gaochun County of Nanjing City, this paper analyzes the payer and receiver of eco-compensation and discusses the main contents of eco-compensation and the factors involved in detemfining the eco-compensation standards. The patterns of compensation and sources of compensation funds are also discussed. Finally, an eco-compensation network is established for Gueheng Lake drinking water source areas in Gaochun County of Nanjing City.
